Terms of Service by Craig W. Stanfill is a sci-fi novel set in the future "Artificial Intelligence Surveillance State. It follows the life of Kim, an AI trainer. What started as an exciting journey for Kim left her looking for a change. Having a job because the AI had a chance of malfunctioning didn't seem as adventurous as Kim imagined.

She was faced with tasks she didn't think were necessary. However, refusing to go to your job could come with consequences. The state was very static and had a lot of rules. Deep down, Kim felt like she was made for more. So, when an opportunity came for her and Shan to go on an adventure, she took it. Things took a different turn when they found themselves in the "City of the Damned".

I was very impressed with the setting of this book. The author took the time to accurately and vividly describe the environment the characters found themselves in. I liked the use of terms in this book. Instead of normal weekdays, seeing terms like "Oneday" and "Twoday" seemed exciting. After reading this book, I appreciated the amount of effort put into describing the setting of this book. Initially, I felt this book was slow-paced. As I read through, I could see the reason the author did what he did. I must commend the author's imagination. This book transported me to a different environment.

One thing I loved about this book was the fact that it appealed to my imagination. Centuries from now, the world will be more automated than it already is. While this sounds exciting, the repression and rigidity it could bring may not be worth it. Even with improved versions of AI, the existence of errors is a threat. When humans make errors, they could be easily corrected. This is not always the same with AI. As fictional as this book was, I appreciated the fact that it was able to teach lessons and mirror the things that happen in our environment.

The only thing I could have considered a negative aspect was the slow pace of this book. However, as I got further into this book, I realized it was necessary. I enjoyed the storyline. The characterization of this book was perfectly done. I liked the narration. There was nothing worth deducting a star for. For all of these reasons, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. This book was perfectly edited. I did not encounter any errors in it.

I recommend this book to lovers of sci-fi novels. If you are into technical and scientific books, this is for you.

I must express my gratitude for giving the book such a thorough summary in such few words.
This book seems to be a fascinating work of science fiction set in a dystopian society where artificial intelligence rules.
I appreciate you for writing such a thoughtful review.

I found it amusing when Kimberly acted like Kee, as a child. I found the book intelligible. I appreciate how the author moved readers to escape reality and hooked on this astounding book. I enjoyed reading it. Great review!
