The Eve Code by Mariett Ramm is a self-help book that empowers women. This book discusses the issue of feminism from various aspects, for example, from a mental, spiritual, and physical perspective.

The book begins by explaining that the author's goal in writing this book is to help women aged 30 to 60 live their lives with purpose, even if they have experienced all the life circumstances. The author has inspiration for writing and thinking from the philosopher Lao Tzu who wrote the book about Taoism, which believes spirit will join the universe and about living in harmony. Furthermore, the author gives empowerment to women from within themselves. The author invites readers to look inside themselves, is there something wrong from within, accept themselves, and the author also provides a spiritual approach.

What's interesting about this book is that the author doesn't direct the meaning of feminism and women's empowerment beyond men's. Most of the messages from various movements and sources today are that women's rights must be greater than men and it seems that men must be below women's. But not in this book. The author intends that women are more respected as a person. If indeed a woman is capable of being a leader in a team, then everyone must respect her and not underestimate her as a woman. She is someone who can and deserves to be respected and treated equally.

I didn't find anything negative about this book. The author can give empowerment to their readers, especially women. Women can accept their weaknesses and strengths, that all hormones, emotions, bodies, and everything related to women's habits is something natural and must be accepted. The messages conveyed by the author can be received easily and can motivate all women. Not only women, if the reader of this book is a man, then this book can also inspire men to appreciate women and their needs more.

I would rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I only found a few minor grammatical errors. This book seems to have been professionally edited. The language used in this book is simple and easy to understand. I would recommend this book not only for women, but also men, who are interested in motivational messages, empowering women, self-help, and also being at peace with oneself. Since this is a self-help book, this may fit those people who are in their 20s or up.
