Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is an interesting book. The book sparks an urgency to plan for retirement, which goes against the accepted norm.

The author's view on retirement plans gave birth to the Reconfigurement Financial Plan, which is based on the idea that one's life can be reconfigured at any time. He believes a retirement plan must include a plan incorporating life before and after retirement. It could be gainful employment after the accepted retirement age. The accepted retirement plan wants an individual to work, invest, and retire at age 65, but with the current increase in life expectancy, the Reconfigurement Financial Plan is of the notion that you can be gainfully employed after the accepted retirement age. Alan Fleischauer expounds on how to invest and earn from a good investment, even if one lives a long time. The book also states the provisions made by the government for the healthcare of the elderly. It also shows how a grandparent can invest in their grandchildren's education through an investment plan. Do you want to make a profitable retirement investment plan? Then read this book.

I like the positive ways that nutrition, exercise, and medicine have impacted longevity, which has contributed to increased years of active life and productivity. I am impressed with the Reconfigurement Financial Plan because it helps to curb the boredom and vices that affect retirees while they are gainfully employed. He emphasized the need for an income to help you plan for retirement. Also, I love the benefits of the investment plan that aids the consumer in the case of a disability, the place of a budget that cuts extra costs, and the help in a personal Reconfigurement Plan. In addition, I enjoy the various assessments in the book that help guide one's decisions, career, and talent paths. I admire the author's persuasive and compelling writing style, as he held my attention with some funny interruptions as I savored this book. The book contains quotes, jokes, charts, and tables to give the reader an exciting experience.

Furthermore, I love the various insurance investment plans he explained in detail so that a layperson could read and understand them. I learned about the different types of life insurance that one can benefit from while living. The author advocated for a long-term care plan that would help the consumer. He also explained extensively the need to write an acceptable will, as certain types are not acceptable in some states. This book has nothing that I dislike about it.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because it was professionally edited. I recommend this book to healthcare professionals, employees, employers of labor, insurance investors, and anyone who loves an exciting book.
