The Consulting job, literally speaking is coaching, not in the world of sport but in the world of business; helping firms and other to keep understanding the changes and keep running effectively. It's necessary to talk about this subject since the world needs great consultants to keep the economy running perfectly. This is exactly what Dr CHRISTIE LINDOR came to talk about in her book called The MECE Muse.

The MECE Muse, as she said 'me-see muse', is a book reveling all paths to become a great consultant according to her years of experience on the field. In this book she gived the professional decisions to make, including which type of career could be best to start with, which type of contract to take, which attitudes to have within a firm and much more; also the day-to-day attitudes and manners to practice, including how to boost your brain, how to balance family and profession, how to behave with people and many other advice; all these in order to become a great consultant; Plus, as a bonus, she provided a lot of interview resumes that she had with other great personalities on the related field.

What makes this book amazing is the fact that in her writing we feel that she knows perfectly what she talks about; which means the book is clear; so much clear even for those like me that are not close to the subject of consulting —she kept moving deeply into professional details, but it reminded understandable.

The only issue we may find in this book is that it's difficult to know exactly to which audience this book is intended to or suitable for. The contrast that comes out of this book is, the professional advice that she gives, and all the day-to-day good habits that she teaches. The first one seems to highly aims the professional consultants; otherwise, the second one looks to be so helpful for anyone in any other career. The question is, what her intention was? To help consultants to be great in their job? Or to help people live better their lives ?

Anyways, this book is great. I rate it 4 out of 4 stars. I found no errors; I believe it was exceptionally well edited. Thus, I recommend it to any consultant, mainly to the younger ones, but also to everyone that wants to have more knowledge about the related subject and at the same time received great teachings for a better life.
