Book Review of Entanglement Quantum and Otherwise by John K Danenbarger.
The book, Entanglement Quantum and Otherwise, written by John K Danenbarger is a nice book that has an educational basis. It has several settings representing different cultures and races. Kevin being one of the protagonists gives a lecture with a title of Quantum physics. He is also a lecturer of mathematics. The book has a true reflection of the society.
The book has positive aspects which should reflect in our society. Beth is helped by a stranger, Joe, as she was found in bad conditions. We also see Beth being helped by her friends to escape the white rapist house. We should emulate good friendship and help each other in times of trouble despite the needy being a stranger or a friend. The book, Entanglement Quantum and Otherwise, has employed the aspect of helping the needy clearly. The priest was removed because of his gay behavior. The book also opens up minds of learners and researchers to think outside the box to solve some mysteries. It also encourages doing what can make you earn even if it’s not your area of specialization.
The book also has some negative aspects that we should try to avoid. The priest has been removed for practicing gay openly. Joe also who is a male works as a stripper and he speaks of it openly without shame. We should discourage gay sex in the society. Slave trade is also portrayed in the book. Jason uses and rape slaves. Despite slave trade being abolished, he still practices it because of the money he has and also his status. We should not use our wealth and status to break the law but rather use it to help those who are in need without taking advantage of them.
I rate the book at 3 out of 4. It has some moral values hence I recommend for others to read and learn from the themes portrayed in the book. It has some sex scenes with a rating of about 3 out of 5 , the first one being on page 18. The book has minimal grammar errors and profane language. Examples of vulgar language used is on page 5. No, f****g terrifying. On page 49 … I’ll beat your f****g ass…
Recommended audience of the book are adults and teens above the edge of 16. The book has some explicit sex scenes. The book also has a death scene where a protagonist, Kevin killed Leon Duprey out of revenge hence not suitable for the young generation. Adults should take care of the prphaned children to prevent them from being taken advantage of. It has several themes that can educate the society therefore the book is worth reading.
