Matthew McDarby is a hard working wise man. He has worked in different places and has more experience in the field of commerce. One thing he does, is to filter the best of his or knowledge and presents it here in this book. He has to avoid monotony to the reader and bring reality, so he lets his friends share their own testimonies that supports Matthew McDarby's points. He guides the reader to become more creative to getting better results, by the way of answering questions that are relevant to the topics. He proceeds and introduce the use of examples to support his points and expresses them in a more clear, practical way. Generally, throughout the topics covered by the writer, shows that he is determined to help the reader be focused on what the task might be, and also help the reader attain a professional thinking style that will help him or her face challenges the best way possible, and independently provide answers.

The Cadence of Excellence introduce the reader to the use of different types of strategies to reach intended goals. Matthew McDarby expresses them throughout the book using short statements and in an understandable way. They inspire readers that, they too can develop theirs, depending on where they should be applied. Through the exposure to this strategies,a reader gets prepared enough and ready to use the action plans at the end of the book and so the knowledge from this book, would be transformed directly into actions right away. Another interesting thing in this book,is the use of ai technology that have emerged, and it is being used by managers to simplify their work and reach their goals faster.

Matthew McDarby has joined a new company and he is expected to lead a new team, so we can get the picture of how tough things could be, when a person is placed in such a position. A team leader like Matthew McDarby is expected to understand fully the working of his team, and sometimes he has to leave the office and go to the field to get the actual experience so as to make necessary changes in management.

When reading through this book, you get very small number of vocabularies and so the use of dictionary is not much, the way points are expressed is very clear, orderliness has been demonstrated well, and you need a short time to read in every page, to get points highlighted. I rate this book 4 out of 4 star because, the intention of the writer is that at the end, the reader takes action. In short, it is, reading to action formula.

Throughout the book, you get different aspects covered, expressed in different ways, and simplified to the reader, and for the reader to develop skills necessary to change things. I recommend this book to people who operate large businesses, who are struggling or are stuck at attaining their goals, because they would take a short time reading it, points are clear, and they would take necessary actions.

Understanding where you have a problem in commerce, and having read all topics covered here, a person can choose which topic to concentrate on and which will allow things be done right.
