The ultimate love by Sherine Anniruth is a non fiction book comprising of counsel and useful hints on managing grief because of the passing of a child as a parent. It has topics such as understanding grief, facing the loss, healing actions and struggles in grief. It covers an enormous territory of healing simultaneously returning to the focal subject of distress.

The author begins the book by explaining what grief is, and emphasizing the fact that it is unique for different individuals. According to her grief is comprised of several feelings which are pain, anxiety, depression and doubt. The author affirms by telling her own story about how she conducted herself throughout the grieving process and how she applied the advice she gives to the reader . She conveys practical tools on how to deal with this sort of suffering like meditation, prayer, self-talk, gratitude journal etc.The writer says the goal is to evolve and grow which demands the use of inner potential to find purpose and happiness which means new insights need to be explored. She accentuated the fact that grieving a child as a parent is not something that you can leave in the past rather it will consistently be with you until you bite the dust.

The book was all around considered and well written with legitimate altering and accentuation's in addition to minor grammatical blunders. Her willingness to be vulnerable throughout the book by sharing her own struggle with the loss of her child increases the level at which it can be related to by the reader and reassures the reader that the information gathered was not just from research but was taken from the massive pool of experience. She additionally incorporates photos of the things she discusses in the book consequently giving the reader a superior comprehension of what she is tending to in that specific segment of the book.

In any case there are a few pieces of the book that I observed and appeared as though there was opportunity to get better. I discovered the creator to rehash herself particularly during her portrayal of her lost child and how she sees it.

I award this book a 3 out of 4 stars ,furthermore I would readily suggest this book for readers who need to get a better understanding of grief and how it functions. Guardians who have lost a kid or any person who is lamenting will incline toward this book, as they will welcome the writers guidance about the topic.
