[Following is a volunteer review of "The Light of the Dying" by Michelle Reynoso.]
The Light of the dying is the second book of The Girl, The Pendant and The Protray series written by Michelle Reynoso. The protagonist of this book is Faith McDaniel, a teenage girl with superpower. The book started when Faith woke up from a coma. She went to a coma because of a deadly fire accident which happened thirteen days ago.
She survived the accident but went to a coma. Even though the accident was deadly, she survived because of her superpower. But strange things started to happen after the fire accident. The strange things indicate his return. She knew her own world and Enlitra started to collide. Because of the collision, two worlds started to be destroyed. She could feel the connection between the Enlitra soul and herself strongly. Now she has to save two worlds and her loved ones from him.
The author described Faith as a strong teenage girl with superpower. I like the way the author described the bond between Faith and her friends. The author never lets the readers get bored. But the storyline was a little confusing for readers. The author should be more clear in storyline
Even though I like the book, the story line confuses a lot.I give 3 out of 4 stars The book was not edited professionally. There are some grammatical mistakes in this book.
I recommend this book to the reader who is a fan of science fiction and mystery thrillers. This is a young adult book, but I would like to recommend this book to adult readers also.
