The Spirit of Want by William H.Coles is an interesting, thrilling story and creates a powerful plot punctuated by Lucy MacMiel who falls in love with a client accused of sexual assault on a girl.

The book is a literary drama and romance novel and I feel Mr.Coles did a great job. I feel like I am in a character's heart and I felt original while reading this. The whole story goes in very suspense and flows that inspired me to read it more and more day after day. There are humorous moments, some philosophical and some sad and it was definitely different from what I read before.

Lucy is the main personality of this story who was a beautiful woman in her thirties and is a successful trial lawyer in Atlanta and was married. But she lost everything when she falls in love with her client who was guilty of the molestation of a girl. Hower Bain, he was charming, famous and powerful. Lucy lost the case as Hower is found guilty. The man goes to Africa and Lucy goes after him leaving her family behind. The story takes a new twist when she found out the shocking reality of man and what happens next is great suspense.

The main part of the story which I liked the most is suspense. Suspense is in every moment and suddenly the story takes the new turn. The ending gives satisfaction and we see that where and how everyone ends up.

I didn't find anything negative about the book. Overall also I did not find any grammatical errors which caused my flow to stop reading as it was a very well-edited book.

I give this book 3 out of 4 stars as I enjoyed it very much and literally like this book as I mentioned earlier, it was pretty different from all other books and Mr.coles give a fresh voice to literacy genres.

I highly recommend it to readers who love to read suspense and thriller novels. Younger people may also like to read this. Yes, it contains some erotic scenes but that was pretty normal and not so much erotic. Overall it is a great book for me.
