MY PURPOSE Become the Best You is a book written by Bruce Francois which serves as an aid to help the reader to realize his/her purpose in life

Bruce Francois takes you through various steps that will help you become the best you. He first starts by trying to define purpose which in turn proves to be difficult due to its diversity in the definition. The purpose is defined differently by different people. Some believe that purpose is just survival, the ability to settle every bill and live for tomorrow. Others believe their purpose in life is to be happy while Christian heritage believes that their purpose is to live according to God's will.

While it's true that our struggle is unique to us, it's also true that sometimes we face the same struggle but with different magnitudes. I found the book to be very helpful especially the way the writer managed to combine spirituality and science in order to come up with the best ways to help know one's purpose in life.

In order to realize the universal question for meaning could be summed up in five questions; who am I? Where am I from? Why am I here? What can I do? Where am I going?. I found these questions summing up the basics of self-discovery and identity.

What I liked the most about the book is its simplicity and the well-divided examples and aid to self-realization after every chapter. The inclusion of activities after every topic proved to be vital in guiding one to realize the purpose. Principles to consider after every topic summarized the chapter in less than twenty sentences. One of the principle to be considered is that you are influenced by the people around you. It might sound strange but the truth is that our immediate environment influences our actions and thinking.

I highly recommend this book to everyone who is struggling to realize there purpose in life. It's a must-read for everyone and people of all religions. It was well edited and checked as I found no mistake while reading it. It is for this reason that I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I strongly congratulate Bruce Francois for taking his time to write a book to help others realize their purpose in life. I also vote it up for a book of the day because am confident it will help many souls to realize their purpose in life and be at their best.
