The author of the book titled "India In Chaos, Only Judiciary Can Save" had widely navigated through 360 degrees in his researches and reports about the National Issues that had fully absorbed the country since their independency. Komal Chandra Agrawal, the author of the book titled "India In Chaos, Only Judiciary Can Save" clearly pinpointed out that, the bitter situations of India, in an extreme condition of confusions and disorders could be directly tracked to the demonstrated laxity and impunity of their Guardians (Legislators and Executives) and lack of third eyes over their workings and performances.

Komal Chandra Agrawal reported that, India is speedily growing into a hugely populated and largely illitrate nation because about 70%-73% of the country populations are illitrates due to perforated and neglective attentions given to education. The author quoted Socrates that, the great philosopher once said "a nation should be governed by professionals and relevant experts who are alone knows what is good for all in the long term". But this lamentation from Socrates appeared irrelevant to the National Guardians (Legislators and Executives) of India.

From the in-depth and widely researches and findings of Komal Chandra Agrawal, he clearly listed out the fundamental problems of India to be Regressive Economy and Violation of Human Rights. The author of the book titled "India In Chaos, Only Judiciary Can Save", equally highlighted some negative effects of Regressive Economy, that it causes, National Unrest, Vulnerable National Defence and Vulnerable Human Force. The author similarly observed that, about 40% of Indians are bitterly infected with Maoism, Naxalism, Terrorisms and Seditious activism, resulting into regular protests and movements demonstration.

According to the author of the book titled "India In Chaos, Only Judiciary Can Save", he made it more clearer that, the Judiciary, National Human Rights Commission and the Law Commission had played neglective and passive roles in tackling the issues of charities, dole-out and reservations. In his submissions, the author captured that, reservations had played a savior roles only to the Political Classes (Legislators and Executives) rather than uplifting the depressed masses (Other Backward Classes). More also, in the author's corrective messages, he lamented that, perpetual freebies, dole-out and exobitant promises over means during election campaigns are ghastly sins. They are indicatives of lack of required knowledge and vision demonstrated by the failed Legislators and Executives. Concluding that, the general governance of India is rested rigidly under the umbrella of ignorant leaderships. Consequently, most poverty alleviation programs formulated in India were indirectly meant for the Politicians to loot more easily the country's funds. And also, Internally Generated Revenues (IGR) were periodically shared by the politicians, leaving the poor masses in acute poverty and depression.

Komal Chandra Agrawal recommended rigidly that, the Judiciary system of India had to be pulled out of the ignorant and godly governing system demonstrated by the Legislators and Executives. The author similarly warned strongly that, the Judiciary should be powerfully prepared to use their authorized Judiciary audacities to curb the contemporary menaces ravaging the country. Komal Chandra Agrawal suggested the adoption of Responsible and Accountable System of Governance. And giving more relevant attentions to the improved approaches of minimizing illitracy rate in the country. In the aspects of tackling disabilities challenges, the author, called for the establishment of Organ Retrieval and Transplant Centres. In the author's opinion, Organ Donation is the surgical process of obtaining needful human parts of dead bodies as an alternative means of replacement of disabled parts of living persons. But the author failed to considered the attached spiritual effects. Because, a person supported with inherited organs from dead bodies could be spiritually triggered or disturbed negatively by the existing spirit of the original owner (Deceased Person) of that particularly inherited organ thereby leaving the supported person to be more spiritually unsecured and disturbed.

The author of the book titled "India In Chaos, Only Judiciary Can Save" had done a remarkable researches in exposing the challenges of India to the global community. He deeply spoke about the National problems that had been witnessed by India. These challenges were summarized into Economic Challenges and Environmental Challenges. The author equally recommended for the adoption of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) by vehicles, alternatively to maintain the natural health of their ecosystem. Sincerely, Komal Chandra Agrawal had rigorously and patriotically done a global assignment in publishing this vital and relevant book titled "India In Chaos, Only Judiciary Can Save" but, the book could be largely nourished and significantly improved by recommending to the Judiciary to mandated all aspiring politicians to forward proposal of their governing blueprints, vision and mission statement to the various relevant nominated experts of very high integrity and truly religiously inclined for closed reviewing, amendments and rejection if deemed. In this regards, the author is gently advised to recommend the establishment of Political Manifestos Analysis and Approval Commission. This suggested Commission would be strongly warned from creating any conspirative relationships with the involved politicians. This commission should equally worked collaboratively with the Electoral Commission and the Judiciary in order to ensure acceptable degree of transparency in the discharge of their national assignment. The author is also warmly advised to include recommendation of Probative Governance, that gives the Judiciary direct power to withdraw the candidacy of any under-performed or imcompetent politicians.

I rate this book "3 out of 4 stars" simply because, the book contains no any elements of profanities and at the same time, it contains few errors. The book was composed based on professionalism and it was professionally edited. Additionally, the author had carefully structured the book in such a manner that, the book had been forced as a relevant document to be consulted by any developing and under-developed nations willing to be relieved from similar problems in India as presented by Komal Chandra Agrawal. The book titled "India In Chaos, Only Judiciary Can Save" by Komal Chandra Agrawal contains no erotic statements and the book is strongly advisable to be read by any individuals of any kinds.
