This is a book for people who want simple and practical solutions to a less stressful life. The author, in letter form, writes to the reader through easy keywords some methods to live the days of life without stress caused by trivial or complex moments in daily routine, which affects the welfare of any human being.

Fearless thinking, stress-free living “guaranteed” (almost) has a smooth reading and a good interaction between reader and writer as a conversation from someone who has discovered effective methods for living with less stress and wanted to share for those who are in the same situation. The book is divided into chapters that explain the various causes and symptoms of a stressed person; exercises that stimulate the reader’s understanding of the previous subject, and finally a “My Note Session” at the end of each chapter in which the readers can write about the exercises they did earlier.

The book has chapters that address themes such as the origin of thoughts, fears, Karma, and treats all human emotions and actions as forms of energies, which can be either positive or negative, so the author methods are based on dispelling the evil energies that cause stress. The writer approaches relevant content of science such as physics, chemistry, religion, and psychology to support his advice, but he writes about general and superficial concepts that in my opinion are not sufficient to justify and achieve the result proposed by the title of this book, which is a full and stress-free life.

This book has contents that promise a “cure” for stress, but the writer should have explained more the ills of excessive stress, as a physiological phenomenon, stress is inherent in any living being and vital to its survival, thus specifying the ills of chronic-stress, which is a pathology, the book would have more scientific content that is likely to real life and not just advice for an ordinary reader who cannot analyze the kind of stress he has. In addition, the text can become tiresome in certain part of this book, because there is too much repetition of same words that could easily be replaced by synonyms or reformulated to make the reader experience comfortable.

Therefore, it is a book for those who are interested in genres about human behavior and self-improvement books, but it covers several zones of knowledge superficially that do not fit the theme proposed by the writer. My final rating has to be 2 out of 4 stars .
