"Yesterday" bySamyann is not entirely fiction but is based on the real, reliable and undeniable historical facts and inspirations.
Samyann Curtis through this novel shows us the connection, impact and affect of yesterday ,today and tomorrow,on the characters especially in love, war, tragedy and panic.
Samyann takes Amanda,Mark Mary and the reader from today to yesterday in search of finding answers to mysterious happenings.
The mystery circles around the antique clock bought by Amanda. After the clocks arrival at her home, right the next day she faces panicful train crash in which she saves Mark Challahan ,aChicago police officer and becomes famous in media. She had magnetic attraction towards the clocks tik,tik and it's pendulum
They both agreed that they felt they knew each other for long even when they have not met ever.
Mark Challahan took samples of wood ,varnish andetal from the clock for forensic test. The outcome was that it came from the fire of 1871.Then Mary's help was taken.Mary was Amanda's godmother and practicing psychiatrist. She was asked for sessions if regression on Amanda. The outcome of this study was that Amanda was Bonnie of yesterday and Mark was Daniel of yesterday.
Mark has been descibed as well disciplined, well built and well built personality. His humour is worth mentioning.Giving his cell number he said to Amanda"either you call or a cop with handcuffs would find you".He comes with hand cuffs at her door.
Despite of Marks handsome and attractive personality and is reluctant to come closer to him because she was convinced that who ever she loves is snatched away like her parents in a car crash, brother in a boat accident and fiancee in a plane crash.
The plot of the novel is powerful, characters are composed,no extra details.Everything happens smoothly and stepwise that nothing overlaps.Confusion and intermingling is quite unavoidable in this but hats off to Samyann he saved his reader's and characters from that.
What bothered me in this novel is that when we want see them as a couple we cannot make Amanda's image as in her physical appearance we just know about her blue eyes.
Despite of that it is worth reading, worth buying and worth- mentioning family novel.Igive it straight forward 4 out of 4 stars.,which it fully deserves.

This sounds like a very interesting book to read, as it is both a romance and a mystery novel. I enjoyed reading your review!

I read this book a while ago. The characters were interesting and I enjoyed the historical elements that were included. True - it was easier to imagine Bonnie than Amanda. Thanks!
