Thanks for this comprehensive review, Sarah. You point out some of the highlights of section that are of great interest to all. I like your recommendations also. This book would serve well as a reference book to many different groups. Nice job. Thanks.

It indeed is a reference book, I feel like i'll go back and read certain chapters in the future. The layout of the book makes it really easy to just read what you're interested in. I'm glad you liked the book as much as I did.

Sounds like an interesting book. Challenging myths which can lead to harmful health decisions is very important.

I totally agree with Dr. Travel's opinion. Notwithstanding, a man with over accredited 120 journal publications in the medical line is not just blabbing. His tips are real and helpful!

Great review! I loved the layout of this book, as it was perfectly organized into sections that could be read as a stand-alone.
