Have you read The Selection by Kiera Cass. It is a YA dystopian novel that is really good.Spirit Wandering wrote:The Key of F. It is a YA fantasy/romance novel. It is the author's first book and it is pretty good so far (I'm about 60% of the way through it). I also enjoyed the last one I reviewed, Dancing with Sophia.CommMayo wrote:What book did you decide to go with instead? I'm jealous!

I think this is for you too.
It will be odd to talk about the WWW III when the author's focus is the romance genre. She just mentioned about it to give impact to the strict regime. I mean, for sure, the audience will wonder why the regime did those things mentioned in the novel. It's like, a supporting detail only.

Thank you for your positive comments.ReyvrexQuestor Reyes wrote: ↑08 Dec 2017, 18:18 This is what I wanted in a review---the truthful assessment and the courage to say it. You made a comprehensive summary of the story, readers will have a chance of developing a more panoramic view of the book's storyline. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
@Dolor I just don't think I can get into the sequel:-(

The part II can either answer the questions on your mind or add up to your disgust.

I also hate it when authors start with a series in mind and then treat the entire first book as Act 1. My kingdom for a standalone YA novel.
