Let Me Introduce Myself
As a recent graduate of grad school, who currently makes a meager living as a substitute teacher, I frequently find myself with a lot of time to spare (weekends, days I'm not called in, prep periods, etc.)! While in grad school, I rediscovered my love for reading which had dwindled away during my overly stressful undergrad years. No worries though! I am back, scouring shelves, and reading through so many books in a year I'm having a hard time finding new books! I am sure I am like most people here, I would read with or without incentives but I was drawn in by the fascinating idea of being paid to write reviews for books (someone might actually care about my opinions?). Even better, this website seems like the perfect place to find books that I would not otherwise find while scouring the internet for my next read! As a self-proclaimed bookworm with a healthy handful of opinions, I cannot wait to get started!

"In the case of good books, the point is not to see how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you." (Mortimer J. Adler)
