Gm, my name is Monique...I don't have a favorite book I have many. I'm part of the Judy Blume kids crew generation, but then I read James Baldwin's Go Tell It On The Mountain and it was on. I was introduced to characters that were just like me who had gone through things that I had...Let's just say after that punishments like, "GO TO YOUR ROOM" did not phase me in the least anymore because that's where I escaped and came alive. Anyhoo, nice to read-ya...Mo
