Why can't reading be my job
I was so excited to find this website and it has kept me pretty busy the past couple of days perusing everything there is to do. I finished my first review yesterday. I'm happy to say it got published. I was very excited. It was much more fun than I thought and I truly enjoyed the book I chose (Breaking Sandcastles in case you are wondering).
I absolutely love to read and I find very little more enjoyable than sharing books with friends. My best friend decided to start up a book club last month so we take turns hosting and choosing a book. February's book is Bet Me by Jennifer Crusie, a witty romance.
Unfortunately, my friends and husband just can't keep up with my need for speed and I am constantly looking for a new book to dive into. One of my favorite things to ask people is "what is your favorite book". Although, I don't really have an answer to that one myself. Far too many to choose from. But please feel free to tell me yours and maybe a short blurb about the book and why it's your favorite.
Thank you for letting me be a part of your book lovers' community.

"In the case of good books, the point is not to see how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you." (Mortimer J. Adler)
