Icon Well, now after I saw the Twitter post.

...I read the sponsored tweet about getting paid to review books. And here I am.

:tiphat:

The fact that there was enough legit conversation happening with replies along side nothing scary or negative found on google, I decided "Why the hell not". The fact that there's no promise of becoming rich totally confirmed that this is totally legit sounding. So. Hi. My name is John. I go by Buckycore, because John is a boring name. I'm a slow reader, but I'm constantly reading all the time. I'm a big fan of Goodreads. It would be fun to get paid a little something here and there for reading, but it'll also help me get more momentum for higher quality reviews for future blog projects. Also, the more I'm forced the read, the faster I'll get. So I'm just looking at this as a worthy investment.

Anyway, I don't know what more to expect. Hopefully I'll meet some folks, and we'll get to know each other and all that good stuff.
