Heyo!
I'm a huge fan of fantasy books, modern, historical, other worldly, all of it. I'm a fan of some scifi, but a lot of it actually annoys me. If you break physics you might as well write a fantasy book in my mind.
Mysteries are another love, and I deplore horror.
Hope to make some new book loving friends, and add more stories to my library I'd have never found on my own.

"In the case of good books, the point is not to see how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you." (Mortimer J. Adler)

A lot of that was bordem as a kid. Because of a birth defect I was never able to handle being as physically active as other kids, so I'd read instead. I read the entirety of the fiction section in my high school's library, save a few books that were so poorly written I couldn't stand to read them.Amagine wrote:Woah...4,000 books! By choice, I surrounded myself with books and fictional characters more than actual people. My number is probably around 2,000-2,500. A lot of the books I'm counting are ones that were read to me as a child or ones I read during lunchtime at school.
