I am Humphrey by name and I'm from Nigeria precisely. I love using new word on my everyday conversation of which i achieve the through reading. I have this penchant for reading books of all category. I'm fairly new to Online Book Club having joined last month. I'm 54 and I read a lot (always have). I would say on average about 4 books a week. This has been a lot of fun so far. Also, a side note the people on the forums, and admin have been really helpful so if you have a question don't be afraid to ask!

Hello everyone,

Amazed and delighted at all the young people in this forum. I am new to this forum but would like to tell everyone a little about myself. I am a Literacy and Writing Specialist. I have a 4 year degree in Business and a Masters in Education. I taught Spanish for several years to pre-K thru 8th graders. At the moment I am not teaching but am really looking forward to reading and sharing with everyone my thoughts.

I enjoy reading and often read 2 or 3 at the same time, depending on my mood. I have enjoyed making quilts for many years. I also enjoy working on our hurricane damaged home. I am presently working on building a number of bookcases We lost most of our furniture downstairs including all the built in bookcases. Fortunately most of my books were still packed from moving, so they were saved.
