Re: Welcome to the forums!
I’m new to this forum. I like casual reading. Currently I’m reading ‘The president is missing’. I hope that the collaboration between a former US president and an established author proves to be interesting enough so that I could recommend the book to my friends.
Cheers

I am a 28 year old female who loves to read. My favorite genres are thriller, crime and romance but depending on reviews I am not afraid to branch out. I look forward to future discussions with you all!

Moving along, I am an avid reader, have been all of my life actually. Well, since I learned how anyway. My taste in books is very eclectic just like my taste in just about everything, LOL! I love adventure, historical fiction, action, humor, mystery and the list goes on and on. Perhaps it would be easier for me to say what I don't like and that is book porn. I don't like detailed sex scenes. I guess in that aspect I never grew up. You know how little kids cover their eyes when watching a movie when there is mushy stuff? It's sort of like that, haha!
A couple of years ago, my back went bad and I was benched from work and many other things. It was within that time I decided to pursue my childhood dream and try my hand at becoming an author since I couldn't do much else. My first children's book was published late last year and my second book of the series is due out within the next month. I am excited about that. Since then, I did have surgery and am doing much better.
Anyway, I truly believe when one door closes, another opens. I am living proof of that.

I'm a lover of books and I read almost everything. I'm looking forward to "flipping" from page to page.
