Hello everyone. T2 - BookChick at is on my friends list at MySpace. She sent a bulleting about this Online Book Club. I checked it out, and I'm enjoying it!

I love to read, but I don't do much writing, though I've written a few poems (not the best at all!). My favorite types of reading are short stories, and poetry. I've read all kinds of short stories: scary, stories of the old west, folk lore & fairy tales, mysteries, and many others. As far as poetry goes, I do prefer the ballads over all others. I have most enjoyed Thomas Hood, Robert Frost, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, William Wordsworth, and Rudyard Kipling.

I sew creatively, crochet, and I've been learning to draw.

Hello All

I'm a 22 year old female, obviously a crazy reader, from Canada.

Favourites: Atwood, Orwell, Rand, McCarthy, Ondaatje (sp)

My family reads, but not like I do, so I'm a little starved for discussion about books. I'm a little excited to be able to pick some other peoples brains!

cheers!!!
