Might have an inspirational book, have been working on for well over twenty years

Have started to write a memoir awhile ago, with constant updates of the title name. It is about the ways that a person might be able to advance through healing from a traumatic episode in their life. Was in a very bad MVA 81101, and have reconfigured the writing to include a new informational aspect, to recovering from some of life's set backs, that some endure from the time that they are born.
This writing is an essential right to further some ones outlook in healing, and furthering the important drive, that they may have.
Here is a short part of it.....



Intro: The reason for writing this is to have others, become much more patient and understanding with someone who has a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Also to understand some of the circumstances that some may encounter, including the ways some people may get short tempered when confusion sets in, and to form the possibility, of being able to overcome some setbacks, with a SMILE

What I would like for you, to learn about this journey:

1st- To realize that yes, some may have been a bit shifted, in the normal ways on handling everyday occurrences through what has happened.
Acceptance is the ideal!
2nd- So, trying to figure out the best way, to approach every obstacle is important. So, some ways, may help you in a direction to successes, while others may dampen or slow the gains, then figuring out what works, and deciding which to continue with.
3rd - And knowing that YES, your life has been put on pause, following the incident in question, and there are many different tools to assist in your learning, in how to overcome, some of those nagging issues. Learn how to proceed with ease!
4th- And understand that not everyone will co-exist, with the same difficulties that you may be handling, throughout your life.
Everyone has their own baggage, through which they may have to maneuver through them, themselves. This is why physical and psychological rehabilitation is ideal!
5th- You must learn about why being patient, in the attainment of goals is key, sort of like the idea. “You must take baby steps, with the forward momentum to the ideal outcome, as to which you may be wishing to receive.

Struggles of a TBI, and increasing the ways, to inner self Rewards
After the great fall of the empire, was in a constant preliminary onslaught, on how to function in this new realm of life. It is time for rebuilding, through the continual rebuilding of the physical aspects of self, into the state of achieving more than what has been left, along with the mental stability, of the most beneficial ways to help yourself. And that acquiring a TBI can be a devastating episode, or, you may attempt to adjust to a higher sense of self, and be able to function in a higher attainment of simplicity, with accomplishments to be ecstatic about, in being sure to achieve more, with the educated ways in doing so!
Forming positive interactions with some other folks in society, to dealing with the common activities of daily living, also termed, ADLs, Activities of Daily Living, like getting dressed, or putting in your eyes: your contacts. To eating, to doing errands, that may need to be completed, throughout a day?
The brain can spoil your forward momentum in the positive aspects of living, or, can create a number of achievements with your forward progress, in whichever you may be attempting to attain!
There WILL be, an enormous amount of personal, and also physical aspects that may need to be handled, through the healing process. The mind is a complex organ, with personal thoughts, that may elevate your positive actions, to return results that will create a pleasing thought and/or action!
This executed aspect of figuring out, what, and how, to deal with some obstacles in recovery may help, but also may not, with the limited space that the body may work, in conjunction with the mind, in the completion of the ultimate desired goal. As to which you might be seeking. You may have to decide on what may be of value to learn, for the retention for later use.
Listen to the ones who care for you.
These therapists, who work with Brain Injured population, know as to what to expect at each stage through the healing process.
