Looking for New and exciting reads!

Post by sis_riehle »

Hello everyone!
I'm brand new to this site, and have just finished my first review! I'm really excited and want to get back into the heavy reading I used to do before college kept me too busy for free reading.
Does anybody have any cool recommendations for Fantasy/Romance authors I could check out? One of my favorite authors is Keri Arthur, and I absolutely love anything involved with fantastic elements like vampires, werewolves, witches etc.
I'd really like to expand my bookshelves so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! :D

Anything by Sherrilyn Kenyon. [amazon=][/amazon]

From here I'm going to list books that I may or may not have read. They're all on my kindle app, but having gone through multiple phones over the last few years, and having read tons of books over the years, I have no real way of telling which is which without reading it again. However, these are all books that fit your criteria. Check them out and see if you'd like any of them. I'm trying to keep this list as purely romance, but if you're also interested in erotic novels, I have quite a few paranormal erotic titles too.

Verity: werewolves
Carpe Noctem: vampires
Black Gold: werewolves
Cruxim: vampires
The Killing Moon: werewolves
Darkness Awakened: immortals with one fated soul mate
A Gift of Ghosts: ghosts
Entangled: witches
Flight: not sure what supernatural element this one has
Red Moon: supernaturals of some kind; blurb wasn't clear
Once Bitten: vampires and werewolves
The Paranormal 13: 13 books featuring vampires, werewolves, witches, mermaids, etc.
Dragon Blue: dragonlords and time travel

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/260 ... earch=true: A box set called Demons and Djinn. This one has 9 books, and also cannot be found on Amazon anymore, but here's the Goodreads link.
  • Chosen: Book 1 of the Djinn Wars by Christine Pope
    Three Wishes by Debra Dunbar
Marked by Temptation by Deanna Chase
    Jinni's Wish by C. Gockel
I Bring the Fire (A Loki Story) by C. Gockel
Xoe: Vampires and Werewolves and Demons, Oh My! (Book One of the Xoe Meyers Young Adult Fantasy/Horror Series) by Sara C. Rothe
Stronger Than Magic by Melinda Vanlone
Beyond the Veil: Book #1, the Veil Series by Pippa Dacosta
Death's Hand: The Descent Series, Book One by SM Reine
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/29243152-alpha-heat: I have a box set called Alpha Heat that has 21 different books in it. It's a mix of paranormal and normal romance (maybe erotica, I'm unsure). Here's the link to Goodreads for some reviews on them, but the set is no longer available on Amazon. Perhaps you can find them individually.
  • Alpha's Temptation by Elianne Adams
Cat's Got Her Tongue: A Shifting Hearts Dating Agency Short by Erzabet Bishop
Victoria's Dangerous Bliss by Muffy Wilson
In Need of Therapy: A Billionaire Dominance Prequel by Abi Aiken and Rozlyn Sparks
Bringing Him Home: Majors Creek Ranch series by Gina Kincade and Kiki Howell
Indelible Dyke Love Bound (Book 1.5) by Jacintha Topaz
The Point of No Return bu Elvira Bathory
His Temporary Wife: A Bonus Short Story by Tara Crescent
Hiding in Plain Sight by Crystal Dawn
Short Story Teaser for Between the MArshal and the Vampire by Tricia Owens
Hope's Edge: The Prequel by D. F. Krieger
From Director's Assistant to Director: A Short Story Spin Off by Abby Hayes
Heal Me: A Naughty Nibble by A.C. Nixon
Witch Playground: An Immortal Playground Spin Off story by Isis Pierce
Alex and Enid: A Short Story by Bethany Shaw
Club Stratosphere: Lexa and Tome Short Story Teaser by Danielle Gavan
All This Time: A Short Story Contemporary Romance by Tierney O'Malley
MAting Mr. Right Now: A Bearfield Short Story by Jaqueline Sweet
Birth of a Brat: Prologue to Switching It Up by Angelica Dawson
    Nightflying by Tanith Davenport
Gavin Takes His Throne by Dawn White
Hope this gives you a good start!

Daughters of Darkness by various authors. This is a weird recommendation because I haven't even finished reading it. I only found a 'sample' on Google Play Books. ㅠㅠ
It is composed of 4 novels, one for each 'daughter' who's a vamp, wolf, succubus, witch(?). But it's worth a read :)

And, uhm.. Some of the box sets mentioned by @PlanetHauth can still be found on GPB. ^^
