1)You can start with Princess diaries!
The daily struggles of a normal girl who gets thrown into a royal life. For me it was fun to read at that age.
2)There are also Nicholas sparks books, they hardly have intense romantic scenes.
3)Or just hand her Pride and prejudice!!
