Icon Looking for new series to read

Post by crystal_03ca »

Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forums but am looking for a new series to start reading. I love reading romantic suspense series. A few of my favorit authors are Lisa Jackson, Nora Robers, J.A Janice, Sandra brown. I'm currently reading the Lizzy Gardner series by T.R Ragan. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good series or author to read next?

Thanks!
Crystal :D

I know that Christian Fiction may not be the area you were thinking of but the Love Inspired series by Harlequin has some really good suspense novels. They literally have a suspense category and there are hundreds of them to keep you busy. Otherwise, I find the Hannah Swenson series by Joanne Fluke to be enjoyable . I am currently reading a book by Nora Roberts called the Villa that I am enjoying, but it is the first book of hers that I have read before and I haven't read any of the authors before, at least as far as I know. You might be surprised by the Harlequin series though, they are actually a lot of fun and they come out with new books every month.

I love suspense stories. Try Lucy Kincaid series by Allison Brennan and Taken by Robert Crais.

Tony Hillerman
Patricia Cornwell
PD James
These all have romance as part of the story, but aren't as "steamy" as JD Robb
Janet Evanovich has it all, romance (more like JD Robb's style), action, roll on the floor humor. It is one of my guilty pleasures!
