Looking for good erotica books

Post by books_andpoetri »

Can someone recommend me a good erotica book? I'm not looking for all sex. A great plot and/or good character development is what I am looking for as well.

Feel free to suggest. Thanks.

Well, the Gena Walters series " Lord's of the Underworld" series has a lot of sex however, the story development is really, really good. I loved the whole series. There at least 13 books and spin-off series. You don't have to read the spin-off series but it it is good.

I don't read erotica, but I do read romance with explicit erotic content.

Would that count?

Sorry! Time gets away from me!

Okay, if paranormal works for you, check out Nalini Singh.
I absolutely love her Psy/Changeling series, and I also enjoy her Guild Hunter series.

Also, Jeaniene Frost, though this leans more into Urban fantasy than romance.

Umm...

I haven't read them myself, but my sister enjoys Gena Showalter, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Christine Feehan...

An author with a heavy erotic bent, though not really romance, is Laurell K. Hamilton. A little bit urban fantasy, a lot bit horror.

I'll add to the list if I think of any more! :tiphat:

I've read a lot of books from that genre so buckle up for this list: these are rich handsome heroes with hidden secrets and confident heroines.
1-Crossfire by Sylvia Day: 5 volumes; there are aloooooooooot of erotic scenes and it's a really great story.
2-This Man by Jodi Ellen Malpas: 4 volumes; have a lot of sex too and good story development
3- The Blackstone Affair by Raine Miller: 5 volumes; this my favorite hero so far cause he's soooooo caring and hot and is a god in bed and again alooot of sex
4- Up In The Air by R.K Lilley: 4 volumes: omg this has the best sex with uhum uhum BDSM in the mix he sooo possessive and caveman-like.
I hope you will love these books and enjoy them to the fullest.

Knight by Kristen Ashley is about the only erotica that she has written, but she's an excellent author so it's well-written.

Also, you might try Maya Banks. She does a lot of erotica. The best written, IMO, are her "Enforcer series." Book 1 is Mastered.

Cherise Sinclair also writes erotica.
