Once you have read the comic books and then watched the movies then you can compare which one is better.

I love the MCU movies more although the comics are amazing and very enjoyable. I think the movies are easier to enjoy and they make it easier to understand.

I haven't read the comics, but I can't stand the movies for the most part. So tired of Marvel movies.

marvel comic books are by far interesting as they consist of raw and original content when compared to the counterpart movies.

I'd heard about the comics before watching the movies but I can't say I'm too interested in the comics. The many, many storylines that the comics take makes things way complicated, I feel, so the stories in the movies appeal to me far more.

Marvel comics are more fun than the movies to me.

I prefer the movies because the problem with comics is that they take a while to finish and the story varies from one artist to another.

Comics these days are only about 20-22 pages of content, so there's not much development going on in an issue. On the other hand, Marvel (and to a slightly lesser extent, DC) tie all their titles into a single, universe-wide story, expecting you to go out and buy every title they put out in the month to get the full story. Comics have been getting more and more expensive, while the content has steadily dwindled. It costs a small fortune to keep up with everything going on in the print universe.

With the movies, they can flesh out a story more in the 2 hours or so, and since you only get 2 or 3 movies a year, you don't have to break your budget to see everything Marvel Studios puts out.

That said, there is still something fun about picking up a comic book and reading through, and the artists present a visual take that you wouldn't see in a movie.

You could make an essay of 3000 pages and more on this topic, but to make it short my opinios in general is that the marvel movies are made for mostly a larger audience, that can include also kids from 9 years old. A lot of themes are treated more lighly and the humor is more easy to understand for everyone. While the comics , since they can be divided in different issues, can comprend a more detailed description of each characters, their relationship, their background, etc... The comics just tend to make everything more in deep, and somethimes they are a lot darker than the movies.
