Both actually. Although I watch more movies from my country than foreign movies, they all have different elements I'm interested in. I'm a Nigerian and our movie industry is developing well and improving so it's about supporting the industry for me.

It completely depends on what I want to watch at that point in time. If I am in a sombre mood, I usually settle for Hollywood Romcoms. On happier days I watch sci-fi films with my son, and totally commercial Bollywood movies with friends. Also, I love watching American TV series. I believe in variety and I dig into both commercial and art films based on popularity, review, storyline, etc. So yes, both national and international movies work for me.

I enjoy both foreign movies and movies from my country (USA). The same applies to television series. :)

I actually prefer foreign films. The actors still look like real people, and they rely on a good plot, not special effects.

I love movies from my country, but am not against other movies from different countries. It would depend on the language because I can sometimes find having to use subtitles a little distracting from the movie, but I know a lot of people don’t mind that.

I mostly watch English language films, but foreign films are great as well. Foreign films seem to be able to do more.

I prefer foreign movies when it comes to fantasy and action movies because the effects are a hell lot better. However, I still watch some movies from our country if it has a good story or it is a romantic comedy movie. 😏
