When Aragorn was about to throw Gimli to fight the Uruk-hai and Gimli said "Don't tell the elf." I liked Legolas's and Gimli's friendship too, both in the book and in the movie.nikkyteewhy wrote: ↑12 May 2018, 05:52 I liked so many things about the lord of the rings, how noble and humble Aragon was the friendship between Legolas and Gimli, especially when they compete for who killed the most orcs,

My favourite two movies are the first and second, I have no boredom from watching them millions of times.

well, the extended editions I think are for people who read the book. For me, the extended editions are not dull because it showed some parts from the book.Kieran_Obrien wrote: ↑20 Jan 2018, 21:13 Everything with the Ents from the second is astoundingly dull. Also stay away from the extended editions they will rot your brain with useless scenes

I have watched all of the movies numerous times and I love them. I love the adventurous aspect and the camaraderie of the fellowship. I also especially appreciated the humour that is brought into the films to add some comic relief to the movies. I, however, was annoyed by the long and drawn out scenes of Frodo staring at the ring.
These are movies that have something for everyone: action, adventure, comedy, some nail-biting moments and even some romance.
