Did you/will you see Star Wars: The Last Jedi?

Post by AliceofX »

Personally, I thought that Force Awakens was meh, so I skipped Rogue One in the theaters and I don't plan to see The Last Jedi. Sure, I liked the original trilogy, but beyond that I'm really not a Star Wars fan, so I don't feel "obligated" to watch the newer movies.

What about you? Will you go see The Last Jedi. If you did, did you like it? And what do you think about the bad reviews it's receiving on review sites. Currently it's Rotten Tomatoes audience score is 55%. Not even the prequels have such a low rating.

I haven't seen any of the new ones, including the ones with Anakin and Padma. I love the original series and feel that the newer ones don't have the same attachment. However, I own the all six but not Force Awakens or Rogue One. I think at some point I will watch them but its not a desire.

I've never seen Star Wars. I've tried to watch it, but it doesn't have me hooked.

I did go to see it. I enjoyed seeing it while in theaters but then as I thought about it more I realized it had alot of problems. So idk how I would rate it. I'm pretty ambivalent about it overall

I still haven't seen it so at this point I'll probably weight until it's available out of the cinema before I do. I'm hoping it's going to be good, but I've heard it's pretty ordinary :(

I watched the latest movies in the series which is The Last Jedi. All I can say, as a not-a-fanatic people who went enthusiastic to watch the movies or did a follow-up for the previous movies before the recent one, I can understand what happened in the whole movie and sparks my curiosity to actually watch the others in the series. I maybe didn't describe it well enough but I'm so thankful that my friends brought me to the cinema.

I seen the film on the day of release. Most viewers think the characterization of Luke is bad, but i think it is what needed. Luke isn't a perfect model. He is a living being and everyone does something wrong to feel bad.

I'm a hardcore fan of the film series, and I have this vague future plan to read through all the Star Wars books as well. I love worlds that keep on expanding and have endless possibilities. And as my kid loves SW as well, we have had fun movie marathons and discussions and kind of get too excited together about some of the merchandise.

No, I haven't yet. The audience reviews are quite discouraging.

I did see the movie. In my opinion, I thought it was great. I know that many true fans of Star Wars have their likes and dislikes about it.

I would like to watch Star Wars but have not got the chance. Some time I will. I had watched the other movies but not this one.
