We need to talk about the last season of Game of Thrones!
To those who are also reading the book, was there a lot of scenes omitted from the show??
I really think every person behind GOT is a genius.

After that, I will be lost.

I was so disheartened when I heard that. But well, GOT is always worth the wait.Gravy wrote:There are still seven episodes next year!

I think the story next year will revolve around white walkers.

I better start reading the books as well after the seven episodes of this season! I feel you. The episodes just keep on getting better and better!jemgirl202 wrote:I am a huge fan of the books and the show. After the first season the books and the show started to go their own separate ways. It is understandable since the book series is not finished yet. I think both are extremely well done. This season is only 7 episodes but it is going to be more action packed since Winter has finally come. They also had to delay the season premiere because they needed to wait until the winter season to film. So far it has been so amazing and I can't wait until Sunday night!

Yay! Me too. There are lots of things to look forward to! What a great time to be alive.Christina O Phillips wrote:I love the books and the show despite the many differences, but since the show is ahead of the books, differences are to be expected. I am loving this current season!

Wow, that's interesting to hear. I hope you'd continue enjoying it.IanYanny wrote:To be honest I prefer the books. But I am catching up on some of the episodes and so far I am starting to like it.

People, and things, and SO MUCH!!!
Okay, I'm okay now.
Also, I've only read the first book, but plan to start another soon. Love that the first season was so close to the book, but also looking forward to seeing how they diverged.

But I freakin' love the tv show! But, c'mon: Cercei sparing two people in one episode? It clearly isn't George Martin writing the scripts
I think Dany is going to have a bursted vein next season when she finds out she's not the "rightful" queen of the Iron Throne.
And now, we have to wait like... a year? Gonna die until then!
