I was excited to read that The Glass Castle was made into a movie! It will be released August 11th  . Starring Naomi Watts, Brie Larson & Woody Harrelson.
I am really looking forward to seeing it as I absolutely loved the book. I'm going to need to read it again prior to seeing the movie however. It's been years since I first read it. I am not permitted to post links since I am new, but there is a trailer in YouTube & information on IMDB.

I had to read "The Glass Castle" during freshman year of high school and I absolutely loved it. I still have to watch the movie, though.

I recently watched the movie and it was good! I have never read the book though, is it any different from the film? I will look into reading the book anyway as it probably contains more details and maybe a more deep insight into each of the characters.
