I'd like it more reading in a book rather than watching it in the movies. The books can make you imagine how intense, how bold, how romantic there love story is. Some of the situations which are beautiful are not seen in the movie. Since i know its very intense, you can imagine that by reading the book.

I prefer the one in the books. Found him a little to "soft" in the movies.

I like the one in the book so much better. Maybe I'm a bit biased but I really didn't like how he was portrayed in the movie.

Book. The Christian in the movie looks someone I know in person but with a bigger tummy. Good thing, I read the book first

In the book! He's not even appealing in the movie. :/

Not really. The actor doesn't resemble the Christian Grey that I imagined while reading the book. So I prefer the book version.

In the book
A ship is safe in the harbor but that's not what ships are for. So be the person outside the box, get out of your comfort zone, that's the person you want to be.

Book vs the movie. Always the dilemma. I will always much prefer the book. The character portrayal was deepee, and more mystical.. he actually felt dark. I found the movie christian grey a punk... lol. But thats just my take
Between the pages of a book is a lovely place to be...

I prefer him in the book. This way, everyone can fantasize what their own Mr Grey looks and sounds like.

I didn't think the character portrayal was terribly done in the movie, but the book had my expectations set very high.

I prefer the one in the book. The movie went so fast you never got the chance to understand all aspects of Christian Grey. Though, you may not be able to put every single detail of him in the movie they seemed to miss out on a few important ones. Same with Anastasia they definitely could have put more detail into the movie. :snooty:

They really are both so shallow and boring in personality. I prefer neither.

Honestly, I couldn't get through the first few pages of the book, so I don't really know. I never got the hype on this one.
