Omg, where to even start!!! FOREVER MY GIRL, the book had me crying from beginning to end.😭
But not the movie, it totally disappointed me, I mean I guess I expected it to flow as beautiful as the book but I was completely devastated by the movie. I would always and forever pick the book over the movie. I she'd one or two tears for the moview, but because it reminded me of the book😂😭. Does anyone agree with this? Or am I the only one who was too emotional for the book?🤔

The Hiding Place by Corrie ten Boom gets me every time. The book AND the movie. If you haven't read or seen it (the movie is old and may be hard to find) you need to. It's a first-hand story of the Holocaust.

I am getting curious about this book "The fault in our Stars" that is making people cry. I am looking forward to reading and watching the movie too.

I have also felt like crying while reading some books and watching some movies. I don't like when it happens and this has made me dislike watching some movies especially the ones I can label as "sad movies" or a "sad life story".

In books no but in movies yes what' s the diffrence? In movies if the actors or actress portray their roles well or they give justice to it, the viewers got easily carried away but in books you can only use your imagination in the story itself, and no portrayal of roles.

I'm a big sap. I cry while reading, listening to audio books, watching tv, and watching movies. I've also been known to cry for commercials, radio ads, songs, and even a few pictures. I tend to over empathize.

Oh yes, I cry during most every movie. My husband accurately describes me as a blubbering idiot.

Particular memories:

The Notebook
My Sister's Keeper (omg yes to all of the above comments)
Love Actually
