Harry Potter is my childhood. Sorcerer's Stone is the first book i ever bought and i fell inlove with it i read it in one sitting. I was taken away with a magical ride from Privet Drive, to the Hogwarts Train to the Quiddtch games and all. Funny thing is thought it was real. I tried searching where Platform 3/4 in Kings Cross Station at London. and my heart was racing. I just couldn't believe there's something like that, i felt it's where i belong. hahahaha.

Definitely give the books a read. There are a lot of cool and interesting details that the movies tend to leave out. Im a huge fan of the movies but Im also a huge fan of the books and if you read and watch both you really get a nice perspective into the Harry Potter universe.

I like the movie better than the novel coz i can visualize all the characters in the novel. Not only children but adults also like thia movie. I enjoy watching it and always wait for another series .

Harry Potter is my favorite series of books ever. I really cannot stand it when people ask me whether I prefer HP or Twilight because there is no real comparison in my opinion. I have the books over and over and own all of them. When I was elementary school I read them for the first time and just fell in love.

I read all the Harry Potter books almost as soon as they came out. I watched almost all the HP movies too I'm yet to see the last one made into two parts. The books was enough for me I didn't look forward to seeing the movie. Now, I've seen fantastic beast but I haven't read the book its still on my to do list.

I actually saw most of the movies before I even started reading the books. As with all books though, they are way better then the films. So much is left out of the movies, especially the later ones.

I will always prefer the books over the films, but they are a huge part of my childhood. Rowling and her world really paved the way for young kids and people who had no interest in reading before, become motivated to read more. And that's amazing.

Harry Potter is definitely part of my awesome and brilliant childhood and one of the very first reasons why I'm addicted to reading books.
