Steins gate is hands down the best anime I have ever seen. Without spoiling much, It starts with a guy who finds a way to send messages in the past. Lots of time travel or space and time theories which are discussed here, which is very enthralling for a rookie who doesn't know the implications, some borrowed from the brief history of time by Stephen hawking. The way everything is explained and the suspenseful writing makes it a joy to binge watch it over again. ive seen it 3 times, start to finish with only about 26 episodes in total. It is the best thing ever created on anything mildly related to time trave;. Highly recommend it.

I also love Stein's;Gate, but I've only watched a few episodes of the sequel. Do you think it will live up to the original Bookmeup?

To watch anime is my hobby, and I have so many that i love! I will share only two - Bleach and One-punch man. I even started to read the manga to see what happen next.

Sailor Moon and Dragonball Z are certainly up there as some of the most influential in my opinion, and I am also fond of Tenchi Muyo!, Cardcaptor Sakura, Pokemon, Digimon, Outlaw Star, When They Cry, and Revolutionary Girl Utena.

I would love to watch Death Note or Attack on Titan someday, as well as My Hero Academia. There are not enough hours in the day!
Yes! Another Outlaw Star Fan :D and on top of the show being amazing it had incredible art and music in the credits too...

Serial Experiments Lain (beyond trippy and absolutely mind blowing ending) Trigun and Outlaw Star (action with characters you couldn't help but fall in love with) Excel Saga (ridiculously parodying any genre of anime you have ever seen) and Big O...omg there are too many to list.

I love a lot but Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is ultimately my favourite due to the plot, the pacing and the characters. I absolutely love it.

I really tried to think of my favorite, but then it hit me - I have never actually finished a full anime!

:shock2:

I think most of the ones I get invested in tend to have hundreds of episodes so if I miss a few episodes I get very lost (since I don't have access to the manga) and have to try to catch up.

It is hard to choose only one. I am anime-fan for so many years, and I have a quite a number of favorites. However, for this section I will write One Piece , because I like every character and every story there.

Attack on Titan is at my very top. I love their OST's too. I love Fullmetal Alchemist/Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, makes me cry all the time. I wish Tokyo Ghoul would get a reboot, I really like the manga but the anime doesn't do it justice.
