WHY DO YOU WATCH MOVIES?

Post by Abigail09 »

For a second, I forgot it happened then I watched it and it came flooding back.

Anyone interested in ASIAN LAW AND MEDICAL MOVIES especially the Korean ones?
When I react to movies, I hear people say; don't take it serious its just a movie.
I get that the romance can be overrated but what of the issues in the law and medical movies that one can relate to? The medical movies are quite educating, they might not hit the perfect score of being professionals or having a professional setting but there is always one thing to learn.
I learn from movies ; that is why I watch them. I pick what will benefit me positively from it. When I need to laugh, I pick one that does it for me.....
#Watching Miss Hammurabi# :ugeek2:
Kindly drop watch-worthy movies right here..#smiles# :D (any country).

Yes, everyone has his or her own reason(s) of watching movies likewise I. Some persons watched movie depending on their present condition, some for fun while others for learning. But yet it will still depend on the type of movie you chose to watched.

I watch movies for fun, to pass time, to learn what I previously did not know, to discover the thoughts of the creators of that movie, learn and improve my vocabulary especially when the movie is in foreign language with English subtitles and when I find or view the actors as very talented and the plot is intriguing or captivating.

yes, maybe they think romance or romance is more pleasing to them than law and medicine because they prefer romance even though law and medicine are important

I love fantasy and sience fiction movies (and books). The reason why I watch theses, is simply to escape the mundane world I live. I'm an ordinary girl living and ordinary life, without much chance to change it. So book let me escape and I can be part of journeys to the future, the past, worlds filled with fae and magic and other planets and galaxies. That's why I love watching a good movie. (or reading a good book)

The reason I love watching movies is similar to why I love reading books. I love being able to escape in someone else’s perspective and see the world through their eyes. It not only opens your world but also allows you to learn from the journey you are on with that person. For me, it doesn’t matter the genre either because no matter what I find I’m exposed to new and different opportunities than my own.

Most of the times, I watch movies for fun. But there are a few times that I watch to learn.

I watch movies for the experience of being able enjoy experiences with characters. I do tend to enjoy the books more however because of the ability to imagine the entire world yourself.

Mostly just to pass time. But I always want to learn a thing or two from every movie I watch.

I watch movies with my family so it's really a bonding time for us. I also love to watch for fun and all.
P.S. I can also get full just by watching trailers one after the other.

I would like to be a movie director in the future or work in the industry as something creative like writer, editor, or DP.

Because it's all about life, through someone's perspective, one way or another.. I like to see perspectives.
