I've seen this movie and loved it! I didn't know it was based on a book, and now that you've said the movie is better I'm not sure if I should seek it out.AA1495 wrote:There's a Bollywood movie called "3 idiots" which I thought was better than it's book 5 point someone.

The Hunger Games is a big one for me. Other than that, LOTR is interesting in both, but I don't find them very comparable aside from the first movie. There are big changes between the two, and the same with the The Hobbit book and movie. I haven't read the Twilight Books yet, but I've been told that's potentially a case of movies ruining books. If we're including cartoons and such, than X-men is another.

"A Wrinkle In Time" is a great movie. I couldn't get myself to finish the book as a child but enjoyed it with my own children, many years later.Tami216- wrote:The only movie I have ever likes better than the book is A wrinkle in Time. The movie was very gripping but I couldn't really relate to the characters to the book. Maye it's just because it was written in a different era.

But The Little Prince(2015) animated movie! It was so great! They added more into the film and it strayed away from the book but it just made the story better! And the ending!
The whole crew made sure that all the important details are included. The only differences is they made the story longer and expounded on the moral
