If that includes TV series, I can say Hawaii 5-0 for sure.
If you meant some reality TV shows, then many of the music/talent ones might be worth watching for pure entertainment:-)

My favorites are Dexter and True Blood though. All of the best shows are on premium tv here in the U.S.

There are so many that I follow. I love the Chicago series from Chicago Fire, to PD, to Med, and now added in Justice. I am also into NCIS and all their spin-offs, and The Good Karma Hospital. I watch a few others but they are mostly ones that are no longer being run like JAG and The Waltons.

Out of big series, I am currently engrossed in "White Collar", "Suits", and "Scandal". Basic run of the mill sitcoms lead me to watch "The Big Bang Theory", "Modern Family", "Blackish", and "Family Guy".

I just added a new show to my already huge line up of shows. It is called The Good Karma Hospital. It is about a girl who leaves England to practice medicine in India and must work for one year at a poor persons hospital/clinic and is assigned to TGKH in India. Each episode shows how she changes with the experiences she faces at the hospital. It is funny, dramatic, and clean of filthy language and sex scenes. Although there is a few naked bums here and there but that is it.

I watch a lot of TV Series: Arrow, Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and planning to binge-watch Game of Thrones previous seasons. It's what I do, I either read or watch. ☺

I don't watch TV as much as I did when I was younger, but the two shows I enjoy are Whitney and The Big Bang Theory.

The one show I was able to follow for its first season, was 'Scream Queens'. It starts off as a parody of the stereotypical slasher genre but then takes a more serious turn as the series itself progresses.

This show is kind of old now but I've been re-watching Dexter. I don't know why I haven't tried to read any of the books yet. Especially since the series was created from the books.
