The last movie I watched was Black Widow (2021).It was an interesting movie and I finally get to know about Natasha's background story. What a shame is that I watched it at home because of you-know-what. I give it 8 out 10 stars!

I watched The Big Sleep last night, rated 7.9 on IMDB. I personally would give it a 8.0. Story follows a Private Detective (Humphrey Bogart) tasked with hushing up a blackmailing scheme. Soon it turns into much more than that as there are 3 murders and 2 missing persons. Lauren Bacall is the daughter of the man who hires Bogart, but she has more interest in the case than is fitting.

Altogether a great film, definitely a classic. Hard to follow, but nonetheless enjoyable.

Just watched The Town last night and it was amazing! The trailer for the movie was one of the best I've ever seen

The last movie I watched was Blade Runner 2049. Apart from the spectacular cinematography, I found the movie bland. There was no interesting plot and a lot of contradictions. Some of the main conflicts could have been easily solved but the writing was done lazily. 4/10 but the cinematography is 10/10 for sure. :tiphat:

I watched the movie Jolt starring Kate Beckinsale. Absolutely loved it. the storyline, acting and cinematography were first class. I would rate it an 8 out of 10 only because the ending wasn't spectacular but I would totally recommend watching it.

The last movie I watched (because I watch it a lot) is What We Do in the Shadows. It's so incredibly funny. I love that movie so much, and I love the series too. So, I'm just constantly playing both on a loop.

Sound of Metal. Excellent, although I admit that it is a bit boring. The French song they sing at the end is beautiful.

Drifting Clouds by Aki Kaurismaki. It's a brilliant film. The narrative slowly builds up and the film is oddly funny. There are few dialogues in the movie and the performances, led by the quiet Kati Outinen, are magnificent.
The film gets A+ or whatever is the highest ranking.

So yesterday, I re-watched 'The Shawshank Redemption' and its just a chef' kiss for me. Everything about that movie is so perfect, which makes me to realise that why don't we get to watch such movies now.
