Has anyone seen this movie or read this book?

It has been on my ‘want to read’ list for ages and I haven’t been able to find a copy. Then a few months ago the movie came out and so I went to watch it. I loved it, but I’m dying to know what the book is like compared to the movie.

Please let me know if you have an opinion on this.

I saw the movie recently and loved it! I haven't read the book though. I am curious to see if they are comparable as well.

I really loved the movie but haven’t read the book yet. It’s on my list “to read”. It was fun to see so many actors in the movie that I really like from Downton Abbey. 😊

We had a discussion on this forum about this book back in about 2012. Maybe you can find it.

It was recommended by someone at that time and I read it and found it to be quite good as I recall.

Thanks for that, I will look for the forum discussion. Also thanks for your opinion on the book, now I’m more determined to read it.

I watched the movie after a friend highly recommended it to me and I loved it. I still have not had the opportunity to read the book though. I loved the beautiful scenery in the movie and the time period it was set in. Everything was portrayed very well, and it was just a sweet story.
