I love potatoes too! I can not even pick a favorite way of them being cooked. I am very fond of homemade potato soups. I like mine with bacon, onions, garlic ( lots of garlic) cream cheese, butter, and milk for the super richness. So good on a chilly evening. Topped with a very sharp cheddar and a dollop of sour cream, yum.

There are so many different ways I love them that it must vary based on the day. And then there are so many kinds of potatoes too! So red potatoes are my favorite if it's potato salad. Russets are my favorite for baked potatoes (with butter, sour cream, chives, salt/pepper). Golden potatoes are my go to for hash because they keep their form and have a great flavor. Purples are fun for fancy meals - think sliced and sauteed then put over a casserole. Fingerlings for Chicken and Dumplings or just roasted with olive oil and seasoning. And for mashed I like to do a mixture of all the types I have on hand that day. Makes for great flavor and consistency!

In Pakistan people love potatoes very much.we eat aloo k parathy which is a delicious meal.children love potatoes snakes.

I love both baked and fried potatoes. oh I also love mashed potatoes, I don't think you can ever be wrong with potatoes, its like every dish will be better if you add potato in it.

I love potatoes in almost every form specially french fries and bbq potatoes. I also love them in curry.

I enjoy mine mashed with lots of gravy. The preparation time takes longer though but i would not have it any other way. French fries string potatoes comes in second.

Potato is life tome, I eat it boiled, fried, baked and grilled! But my favorite would be baked, with butter, cheese, and vegetables.
