I'm Indian and the kind that I like are mostly Indian: Aloo bhaja (potato fried with Indian spices), Aloo chop (soft potato fritters), Aloo pakoda (crispy potato fritters), Aloo curry, mash potato curry and aloo cutlets. Aloo is potato in Hindi.

I'm pretty sure potatoes are the most versatile, amazing food to ever exist.

I love a chunky chip, crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle but some soggy ones are never neglected.

My favourite thing to eat atm is a potato dauphinoise - so creamy and full of garlic!

French Fries are an all time favorite! But I will also accept mashed or baked.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a Ride!” HST

Anything but baked. Baked potato, even loaded with goodies, is the WORST way to eat a potato.

Give it to me hashed, mashed, scalloped, in soup, or chopped and roasted. But please, don't come to me with a whole baked potato acting like it couldn't have been prepared to be more appetizing.

I will take them any kind of way, as long as they are fully cooked/tender on the inside. I hate undercooked potatoes!!

"Mash em boil em stick em in a stew." - Sam (LOTR). I love potatoes and will take them pretty much anyway but raw.

I mean, fries are a classic and maybe still my favorite potato form but I've had bread made out of sweet potatoes and I think that's a really cool way of using them.

If it is Irish potatoes, I love making chips, boiled with added bits of salt and when ready I loved them mashed with blueband and when fried with onions and tomatoes, I love a bit of soup alongside rice, if possible.

Cubed and pan fried with lots of butter, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Although any potato is a good potato in my opinion.
