I love potatoes! I can never get enough of them. How many different ways can you cook potatoes?

I like mine scalloped- kind of. My mom did scalloped potatoes weird when I was a kid. They'd have the roux but no cheese and sliced beef hot dogs instead of ham like normal people. They're also awesome pretty much any other way. Basically the perfect food- as long as they're cooked they're amazing.

I'm kind of particular about potatoes since restaurants tend to pile them on plates without adding enough flavor.

Crispy hash browns are my favorite, but well-seasoned curly, wedge, or waffle fries can be really tasty too.

I enjoy some nice, crispy hashbrowns or a well-seasoned baked potato with just the right amount of butter (not too much, not too little--you can taste it but the potato isn't drowning in it :))

So many ways to cook potatoes... I like them diced and baked with garlic seasoning. I also like them mashed with butter and a little bit of milk and mix in some sour cream and cheese. Defiantly not the healthiest way to eat them but oh so good.

I like them diced and roasted at 400 with olive oil and lots of spices. I also like them cooked with eggs and tomatoes.

Today, my goal is to make homemade potato soup. I may toss in some leftover ham, but I haven't decided yet. Potatoes are versatile and can be used as a filler in other dishes. I do not have a favorite so far, as I haven't found a potato dish that I haven't liked yet.

I like all things potato. My favorite form of potato is probably cubed, seasoned, and then baked or grilled. I also love potato bread! My little one (~ 6 months) has recently started on solids, and I'm getting jazzed about making mashed potatoes for him to try 😊

There are so many choices! However, poutines are at the top of my list. Fries topped with gravy, cheese curds, and any other extra toppings that sound good at the moment!

Hmm 🥔 is my favourite...a king of vegetables in my country. We can make lots of varieties but my favorite one is dipping boiled/baked potato in the paste made of fried chill, cumin seeds and Sichuan pepper...
