I love soup. Nothing is better when I'm feeling under the weather, and it is always quick and easy to make. Anything from leek and potato to chicken noodle will do!

If I want comfort food, I go with anything high in carbs. Like rice, potatoes, mac and cheese, bread, and of course- ice cream...or cake....or both

My go-to comfort food is surprisingly cereal. I love the way cereal tastes when you add milk to it but I also know I should limit the amount I take to avoid gaining weight but when I'm sad I can't help but take too much of it.

Cool Ranch Doritos and Vanilla milkshakes are the first ones that come to mind. It has to do with my mom.
Fried Egg Sandwiches are always a comfort.
My mom's mac and cheese is also high on the list. No one else's compare!
