Ginger ale usually works for me, although I sometimes have some yogurt to help too.

I combine garlic and ginger tea. Then take Apple cider drink to lower the acidity in the stomach.

I usually drink coconut water for any ailments! If I feel a cold coming, I'll even get the one with added pineapple juice for some extra vitamin C. I always feel better after drinking it.

Slowly sipping on some gingerale, its the only time I drink it but always try and keep some in the house for times when I am not feeling well.

I personally drink warmed chicken broth. I give my kids flat cola or flat sprite, straight soda has too much carbonation and ads gas pain. Applesauce and crackers are my go-to food for the kids.

Peppermint tea. A teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water works wonders too. The reason baking soda works is that most stomach issues are caused by slow digestion. The soda alters the pH in the stomach causing the body to excrete more stomach acids which clear out the lingering undigested food in your system.

I don't like teas but whenever I have stomach cramps, my mother makes me drink it and it actually works.

My granny used to swear by mint tea. Not dried mint (she'd roll in her grave!) but fresh garden mint. Steep in boiling water for about ten minutes and add a bit of sugar. It is really delicious and it seems to settle the tummy ache. My son loves it, and sometimes we drink it just for pleasure.

I love fresh ginger in apfelschorle (apple juice wich club soda). I don't like ginger after it has been touched by metal and have a wonderful ceramic grater that works beautifully for ginger.

I usually take hot water when I have stomach cramps. An anti-acid also really helps if you have gas or if you're experiencing nausea.

I usually drink mint tea when i have severe stomach cramps. I tried ginger tea once but it didn't helped or it might be my fault cause i added too much ginger.
