My favorite is white chocolate chip cookies, with or without macadamia nuts. But, I have a recipe for chocolate chip banana cookies that is pretty awesome as well.

My favorite cookie to bake, eat and give is a soft Spice cookie. The cookie has a hint of heat and goes well with milk, coffee or a spicy red wine. A close second is the classic Snickerdoodle.

I love chocolate chip cookies, especially when they are mixed with some forms of nuts like cashews and almonds.

There are too many cookie that I love. I'm crazy about dessert in general. I'd say anything with coconut, peanut butter, and nuts. I like layered flavors and textures.
