Spaghetti, olive oil, garlic with a sprinkle of cheese. It's a cheap meal that will get me through just about anything. Oh, and any type of eggs - egg on toast, scrambled, fried, poached, boiled. I sometimes roast a big chicken and that's good for two or three meals in one form or other - I can even use the leftover carcass for soup as well.
